Our goal is to provide quality clothing at fabulous prices. We would love to offer free returns, but that would mean we have to raise our prices to cover those costs. Since most people don't return items, we feel it is unfair to raise prices and make all customers cover the cost of free returns. Thank you for understanding.
You can return new and unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Returns must be in new or unused condition with all tags attached and original materials included with the shipment.
We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for damaged or used items. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
If you initiate a return after 30 days, a partial refund may be issued depending on elapsed time and condition of merchandise.
Replacements and exchanges are not supported; customers can return their original order for a refund and create a new order for the replacement.
*Note: Customer returns for non-damaged goods that received free shipping are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
**New means just as you received it. If the item has deodorant marks, pet hair, makeup, perfume or smoke it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please include something inside the package with your name and order number to ensure a prompt refund.
