Refund policy

Return Instructions:

As long as the item is in new condition* with the tags attached** and/or in original packaging and it is returned within 30 days of order date, this can be returned for a refund. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please include your order information in the package so we know who to refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not do “exchanges”. If you need another size or color please re-order.

*New means just as you received it. If the item has deodorant marks, pet hair, makeup, perfume, smoke or any other smell other than “new” it cannot be returned or exchanged.

** Tags must still be attached! If tags are removed it is assumed the item has been worn and it cannot be returned and is not eligible for a refund.

*** Hosiery is only returnable if the package is unopened.

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll have the choice of a refund back to the purchasers method of payment or receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, a minimum of 4.95 will be deducted from your refund.

If you would like a prepaid return shipping label, please contact us at Shop@nyteez.com and one will be emailed to you.  The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
